Services built for the professional's daily reality.
Four working capabilities, plus what's coming next. We're specific because our clients' work is specific — here's exactly what each service covers and how it runs day to day.
Class 3 DSC Issuance
Individual and organizational Class 3 digital signature certificates, issued with fast turnaround and a price we quote up front and stick to.
Discuss your DSC needsWhat it covers
Class 3 is the certificate class needed for most statutory and contractual signing: e-filing, GST returns, income-tax filings, e-tendering and documents signed on behalf of a company. We issue both individual certificates (issued to a person) and organizational certificates (issued to an entity, covering its directors and authorised signatories).
How long it takes
Once documents and verification are complete, most individual certificates are issued the same day — commonly within 2–4 working hours. Organizational certificates, which require verifying the entity and its signatories, are typically ready within 1–2 working days. We confirm your realistic timeline along with your quote, up front.
Pricing, plainly
The price we quote is the price you pay. Individual and organizational certificates are quoted separately, and there are no hidden costs — no surprise charges at delivery and none at renewal.
Why CAs choose this
A certificate that's done right the first time saves you a support call later. Because our whole team only does DSC work, the document checks, KYC and follow-up are handled for you — so you hand your client a finished certificate, not a task.
Referral Commission for Professionals
Refer your own clients and earn a clear margin on every certificate issued. Because DSCs renew, the arrangement compounds on a recurring basis.
Set up referrals for your firmHow it actually works
Your clients need DSCs — for e-filing, e-tendering, company filings and more. Instead of you becoming a certificate vendor for them, you refer them to us. We take on the documents, KYC, verification and delivery, and you earn an agreed margin on every DSC issued through your referral. The rate structure is agreed in plain terms before any certificate is issued.
Why it's recurring, not one-off
A DSC doesn't last forever — it typically expires on a two-year cycle. When it's time to renew, the certificate renews through the same channel, which means your margin repeats. Over time, a book of referred clients becomes a steady source of revenue rather than a single transaction, which is why we position it as a revenue stream, not a favour.
What you don't do
You don't chase vendors, you don't track expiries manually, and you don't field support calls about DSCs. Your name is on the relationship; the operational work sits with our team.
Bulk & Enterprise DSC Handling
Multiple directors, multiple authorised signatories, import-export requirements — handled as one coordinated engagement, not a stack of individual jobs.
Plan a bulk rolloutWhat "bulk" means in practice
A company with several directors, each with their own signing authority, plus authorised signatories, might need a coordinated set of certificates. Import-export and tender-bound businesses add their own document requirements. In these cases we treat the whole set as a single engagement with one point of contact and one shared documentation checklist, so the certificates are issued together rather than chased one at a time.
Coordination you can rely on
Bulk work lives or dies on coordination. A designated person on our side owns the rollout, tracks each applicant's documents, and keeps the list moving through verification in priority order — so you get a completed, consistent set instead of scattered updates.
When to use it
New company setup, a board or signatory change, reorganisations within a group, or an annual renewal cycle covering many individuals at once. If it's more than one or two certificates, it belongs in the bulk track.
Automatic Renewal Tracking
We track every expiry in the portfolio and remind you and your clients ahead of the date — so nothing lapses while you're busy with files.
See how renewal tracking worksWhy renewals get missed
A DSC typically runs on a two-year cycle, and its expiry date rarely sits conveniently in your calendar. Across a portfolio of clients, manually tracking who expires when is exactly the kind of task that slips — usually at the worst moment, when a filing is due.
How our system handles it
Every certificate we issue and track gets an expiry date logged in our system. We send reminders well in advance of the expiry date so the renewal is done before the certificate lapses. Your clients don't have to remember anything — the follow-up comes to them, and to you.
The practical result
No lapses, no expired certificates discovered at a filing deadline, and no manual date tracking on your side. It also pairs naturally with the referral model: renewals keep returning through the same channel, year after year.
Compliance tracking & automation for CA partners
Beyond DSCs, we're building tools that help CA partners track deadlines and automate parts of their compliance workflow. These are in development and will be shared with our partner firms as they reach a usable stage — we're not opening a waitlist or making promises on dates yet.
