Mukesh Kumar — Founder

Mukesh Kumar built a firm that now serves more than 2,000 CA and advocate clients across Jaipur, Delhi, Mumbai and Pune — a network that has grown the only way a professional community trust ever does: one relationship at a time, city by city, rather than through advertising.

From the start, he made a deliberate choice that still shapes the firm's identity: to work exclusively with the professional community — chartered accountants, tax advocates and company secretaries — instead of the open market. He leads a team of 30–40 people whose single job is to make DSC issuance, renewal and compliance simple for the professionals who carry the real responsibility for India's businesses.

Today more than 4,000 professionals use the firm's system to serve their own clients. Mukesh sees his job not as selling certificates, but as removing an entire category of friction from a CA's workflow — the fiddly documents, the missed renewals, the unpredictable vendors — so his clients can focus on their files. That focus, and the retention it produces, is the story of how the firm grew in the first place.

Why he built this firm

For most CAs and advocates, DSCs are a necessary side task: a client needs one for e-filing or e-tendering, nobody wants to become a certificate vendor, and every two years the whole process has to happen again. Mukesh saw that the professionals doing this work were spending time and losing margin on something that could be run properly by a dedicated team. So he built that team — and a system around a list of points that matter to them: speed, clarity in pricing, reliability, and renewals that happen before they're needed.

His philosophy: the professional community, not the open market

The open market is broad, but it's shallow. General businesses need a DSC once; professionals need them continuously, for hundreds of clients, on a schedule. Working exclusively with CAs, tax advocates and company secretaries means the entire firm is oriented around their workflow, their deadlines and their compliance obligations. It also means the firm's reputation travels within the community it serves — which is why retention, not advertising, built the network.
